REGOLAMENTO CONTEST FOTOGRAFICO ACROMAX 2017
1. PROMOTORE
Il contest nasce da un’idea dell’Associazione Volo Libero Friuli che promuove e organizza il contest nei giorni 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 agosto in occasione di AcroMAX, Coppa del mondo di acrobazia in parapendio
2. CHI PUÒ PARTECIPARE
Può partecipare chiunque abbia un account Instagram e/o Facebook.
3. MODALITÀ DI PARTECIPAZIONE
Per partecipare al contest è necessario caricare sul proprio profilo Instagram o Facebook la foto, AGGIUNGERE entrambi gli hashtag #acromax e #vlfcontest. Solo così la foto partecipa al contest.
Non c’è limite al numero di fotografie che ogni utente può caricare.
IMPORTANTE: le foto dovranno essere scattate e pubblicate esclusivamente nel periodo e nel luogo dell’evento. Non saranno accettate immagini pubblicate dopo il 15 Agosto.
4. COSA FOTOGRAFARE
Chiediamo di fotografare situazioni, persone, atleti, oggetti che colgono l’atmosfera della gara.
5. GIURIA E PREMI
La foto entra in concorso appena viene pubblicata.
Il 17 Agosto alle ore 11.00, termine delle votazioni, l’organizzazione provvederà a conteggiare i like alle foto su Instagram e su Facebook ed ad assegnare i seguenti premi:
Premio Facebook:
Primo premio: 100€ in buono Amazon
Secondo premio: 50€ in buono Amazon
Premio Instagram:
Primo premio: 100€ in buono Amazon
Secondo premio: 50€ in buono Amazon
Inoltre, l’Associazione Volo Libero Friuli mette a disposizione un volo in tandem* biposto all’utente che realizzerà la foto migliore. Il giudizio della giuria è insindacabile.
L’utente vincitore vedrà inoltre la sua fotografia pubblicata a scopo promozionale nei canali ufficiali dell’Associazione.
Prima dell’assegnazione dei premi verrà chiesto ai vincitori l’invio della foto ad alta risoluzione

6. Obblighi e responsabilità
Partecipando al contest, l’utente afferma di essere l’autore della foto e di essere in possesso di tutti i diritti di pubblicazione/liberatorie delle persone inquadrate (fanno eccezione foto che inquadrano il contesto, i piloti, gli organizzatori e i membri dello staff di Volo Libero Friuli per i quali non si rende necessario disporre di liberatorie). L’Associazione declina ogni responsabilità.
Il partecipante, per tutte le opere candidate, concede all’associazione VLF una licenza d’uso completa, non esclusiva, irrevocabile e a tempo indeterminato. L’associazione VLF mantiene i diritti di utilizzarle nell’ambito delle proprie attività associative senza fini di lucro e di non accettare materiale osceno, esplicitamente sessuale, violento o discriminatorio per sesso, etnia o religione. Inoltre libera Facebook da qualsiasi responsabilità e/o sponsorizzazione, supporto o amministrazione del concorso.
Partecipando al concorso, l’Autore accetta il presente regolamento.

2 – CONTESTANTS
Anyone possessing an Instagram or Facebook account can participate.
3 – PARTICIPATION ARRENGEMENTS
To join the contest, it is necessary to post a picture on Instagram and Facebook with BOTH the tags #acromax and #vlfcontest. Only with these tags the picture will compete. There is no limit to the number of pics anyone can post. IMPORTANT: all pics must be taken solely in the period and in the location of the competition!
4- WHAT TO SHOOT
We ask you to take pictures of the situations, things, people and athletes related to the World Cup competition.
5 – JURY AND PRIZES
The picture enters the contest as soon as it’s posted. At the end of the competition, the jury will count the number of likes on the pictures both on Instagram and on Facebook.
On each social network, the first 3 people will win a store credit.
Facebook prizes:
1st place: 100 euros amazon store credit
2nd place: 50 euros amazon store credit
Instagram prizes:
1st place: 100 euros amazon store credit
2nd place: 50 euros amazon store credit
Moreover, “Volo Libero Friuli” association will offer a paragliding tandem flight* to the best picture’s photographer. Jury’s judgement is unquestionable.
The winner’s picture will be published for promotional purpose on the association’s official channels. Before being awarded, winners will be asked to send their picture at high resolution.
*(the flight is nominal and non-transferable).
6 – DUTIES AND LIABILITIES
By participating, any contestant claims to be the author of the picture and to own all the publishing rights and the consent from any depicted person (this does not apply to the pictures of the environment, the pilots, the organization and staff members for which there is no need of a consent). The Association decline any responsibilities.
The association reserves the right to publish the picture on any paper or online in order to document and promote the event non-profit-making. The organization does not accept any obscene, explicit or discriminatory material. Moreover the association releases Facebook from any responsibility, promotion, support or administration of the contest.
